Kalba Camp School Trip

Location Located just two hours from Dubai, our Kalba Residential Mountain Campsite, in the Emirate of Sharjah, is nestled within the Al Hefaiyah Mountain Conservation Reserve. The main campsite is located on a raised platform in the head of a Wadi, and is surrounded by the Hajar Mountain Range. A short 2-km drive from the residential campsite is the Kalba Water Sports Centre, located in the protected Khor Kalba Mangrove Wetland Park. The Sharjah EPAA is the custodian of protecting this precious biodiversity hotspot. Facilities The Kalba camp can comfortably accommodate up to 160 students, with 16 teacher cabins equipped with full air-conditioning. We provide a wide range of activities, both land-based and water-based, such as trekking, mountain biking, orienteering, archery, bushcraft, mangrove exploration, kayaking, canoeing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. These activities are designed to foster experiential learning, enabling students to develop critical skills in leadership, teamwork, environmental awareness, and cultural appreciation.
